Pick and Scan is a warehouse inventory reconciliation app. It allows pickers in the warehouse to scan their picks and match them to a designated task on the app, ensuring that all picks are met and operation managers have visibility on the pick lists.

The existing warehouse process was manual, error-prone, and offered limited accountability. Rather than redesigning how operators worked, I designed the app to mirror the on-ground warehouse workflow exactly, aligning closely with existing SOPs. This minimised disruption and ensured the digital experience felt intuitive to pickers from day one.

Because the app matched existing practices, it was adopted immediately with little to no training. Warehouse operators picked it up seamlessly, while operations managers gained real-time visibility into pick progress and task ownership, reducing missed picks and improving overall accountability.
