Overview
Totrak is a visibility platform that leverages IoT and data sensors. What you get in result is better visibility across stakeholders, end-to-end digital tracing and better supply chain compliance.
Approach
My team and I developed an MVP of Totrak over the course of 3 months. This process included developing the product roadmap, user research and testing, creating user flows and UX UI design.
Team
The team consisted of 1 Product Owner, 1 Software Engineer, and 1 UX UI Designer. We worked following an Agile framework.
