Totrak is a visibility platform that leverages IoT and data sensors. What you get in result is better visibility across stakeholders, end-to-end digital tracing and better supply chain compliance.

This project was led by a lean, 3-person team: Product Owner, Software Engineer, and myself as the UX/UI Designer.

An MVP of Totrak was developed over the course of 3 months. This process included defining the product roadmap, validating user needs through research and testing, and designing the core user flows and interface.

The MVP delivered real-time visibility, end-to-end traceability, and clearer compliance insights across the supply chain. Early users reported fewer manual checks and higher confidence in shipment data, while the platform created a scalable foundation for future modules. The validated flows, research insights, and roadmap alignment positioned the team to move into pilot onboarding and the next phase of development with clarity.
